At the heart of our Smoky Mountain ASTD chapter is our programming. We've worked hard to address the professional development needs of our membership. We believe you'll see this in the selection of programs we have prepared for you, the workforce learning and performance professional. These include:

• Monthly membership luncheons where you can meet and greet your peers and learn more about some of the hottest topics in workforce learning and performance
• Special events that draw from respected leaders in our professional community on topics of interest to the training and development professional
• Professional development opportunities that our chapter, or other nearby ASTD chapters, our sponsoring

• Teaming up with ASTD National, we strive to keep you informed about all of the regional, national and international conferences that will help you excel
