You can join ASTD National and our Smoky Mountain ASTD chapter by registering at the ASTD National web site (click here). As you complete the online form, be sure to include our Chapter Code "CH4080".

To Join the Smoky Mountain Chapter:


  1. Download and print our Chapter Membership Form or go online to the ASTD Store (click here). You will have to create a free account at astd.com to use the online store.
  2. Be sure to input our Chapter Source Code: "CH4080".
  3. Include your payment to "Smoky Mountain ASTD" and mail to the address on the form.
